What is Breathwork?

Breathwork means the work of breathing.

It is a physical mobilization approach that aims to sophisticate human potential.

We breathe every second and the principle of Breathwork is to work on the habits of our breathing which determine our management and exploration of existence.

We adapt to situations and through breathing we can manage them.

Breath is deeply rooted in our lives, and exploring it involves working on the physical motor effort it represents. It allows us to explore connections between the different ways our minds and bodies manage their breath to help us adapt our breathing to different situations.

Beginning with your natural breathing, we'll progress to more advanced techniques, including breathing through the nose, then through the mouth, and eventually exploring breath holds with empty or full lungs, fueled by subtle contractions.
