Positive Affirmations: A Personal Path to Explore

Positive statements are much more than just sentences. They are an invitation to co-create our reality, a vibrant dialogue with the universe. Imagine them as keys that open doors to unexpected possibilities, a way to shape our moving future. They clearly affirm our intentions, becoming magnets for subtle manifestations, winks of nature that can guide us towards transformation and well-being.

The fundamental principle is that our emotions and the words we associate with them have a powerful power of attraction. Although science has not yet formally proven what some call the "law of attraction", the exploration of positive statements is based on an interesting observation: the universe seems to respond positively to what is asserted. The negation, on the other hand, would be a human peculiarity. Have you ever heard an animal say "no"? The universe, in its essence, seems to be a great "yes".

The interest of this approach goes beyond simple conscious deprogramming. Rather, it is about becoming the person we aspire to be, of embodying our potential. For this, it is essential to formulate affirmations in the present or past tense (" I am grateful for...", "I have accomplished..."), because the universe, like our unconscious, reacts to the present moment. These affirmations then become anchors in reality, objectives already achieved that vibrate with an energy to which the universe responds favorably.

It is important to note that the universe does not seem to understand negation. The example of the child who is said "Don't run" and who continues to run while smiling illustrates this idea well: he retains the word "run", not the negation.

Neuroplasticity: A Powerful Ally in Transformation

Our brain is an extraordinary organ, with remarkable neuroplasticity. It adapts and regenerates constantly. The idea is to use positive statements regularly for a given period of time (for example, 21 days, corresponding to the life time of a neuron) to encourage the adoption of new habits. A longer practice, over 42 days, would make it possible to influence a wider set of neurons, thus promoting the anchoring of these new habits.

The continuous maintenance of this positive vision, as a self-support, can help transform negative habits into positive experiences. It is a form of thought training that allows you to overcome confinement and access deeper happiness.

A Path of Incarnation and Personal Experimentation

Some inspiring figures have spent time in meditative retreats, transforming their neuroplasticity and thus embodying their initial affirmations. Positive affirmations can be seen as a tool to embody the thought we want to cultivate.

If our hopes do not always come true, perhaps a change in the way we formulate our desires and emit our vibrations could make the difference. I invite you to explore this personal path, to experiment with your own words and intentions, not as an absolute truth, but as a potential way to improve your life and connect to a more positive reality. It is a self-maintenance approach, a way of proceeding that is based on concrete observations of reality, an exploration inspired by what you have learned from your fathers.
